WaterFire Kansas City has become one of the most anticipated events in the community.
In 2012, 70 performers entertained a crowd of 30,000+ people who thrilled to Rhythmic Flames and Quixotic, sang along with Eddie Delahunt and Monique Danielle and enjoyed internationally-recognized tenor Nathan Granner singing with the Sadikov Quartet, as well as new works by Kansas City jazz great Dennis Winslett. The evening was tied together by percussion and Tibetian bells by the Amagam Percussion Ensemble and concluded with all performers in The Fire Bird grand finale arranged by Wayne Hawkins.
